40g Lizi’s Gluten Free GranolaÂ
1 Handful RaspberriesÂ
1 Handful BlueberriesÂ
150g (3-4tbsp) Greek or Skyr YoghurtÂ
1 tsp Peanut Butter
For extra protein, mix 10g protein powder into the yoghurt for a mousse textureÂ
Preparation
Zero cooking involved and optional effort to making it look good!Â
Option one: Assemble every in one bowl, mix and eat.Â
Option two: Grab two small tupperware (save soggy granola)Â
Add yoghurt, berries and peanut butter to one container.
Add granola to a smaller one.Â
Grab as required.Â
Got time and tubs? Prep 3-5 at the start of the week ready to grab as you leave for the office!Â
