About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 40g Lizi’s Gluten Free Granola 

  • 1 Handful Raspberries 

  • 1 Handful Blueberries 

  • 150g (3-4tbsp) Greek or Skyr Yoghurt 

  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter


  • For extra protein, mix 10g protein powder into the yoghurt for a mousse texture 

Preparation

Zero cooking involved and optional effort to making it look good! 


Option one: Assemble every in one bowl, mix and eat. 


Option two: Grab two small tupperware (save soggy granola) 


Add yoghurt, berries and peanut butter to one container.


Add granola to a smaller one. 


Grab as required.
