Ingredients
1 tin Black BeansÂ
1 tin Pinto BeansÂ
1 tin Chopped TomatoesÂ
1 tin Pumpkin PureeÂ
2 cups WaterÂ
1 cup Lentils, dryÂ
1 White Onion, dicedÂ
1 Red Pepper, choppedÂ
3 stalks Celery, choppedÂ
2 large Carrots, gratedÂ
1 tbsp Chilli PowderÂ
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
