At TEP HQ, we are looking for someone who has bags of enthusiasm and is committed to making a BIG change to join our team as one of our Directors. We need a new Director to help us drive the delivery of our ambitious strategy for 2021-2023!
To complement the skills on our wonderful team, we are looking for someone who has experience in:
Diversity + inclusion! From embedding intersectionality across our charity through to inclusive change-making.
All things people! From participation and engagement to volunteer recruitment, coordination + management through to building inclusive teams.
Digital! From supporting our new digital strategy and developing our social media channels.
Anything else you think we need to do to make meaningful change!
This role is voluntary, however there will be opportunities when working on distinct projects to pay for your time, expenses and resources.
If you’ve been involved in community organising, you’re passionate about feminism and have a few hours a week to spare to get involved in leading one of Scotland’s fastest growing charities, get applying!
