Ingredients
1 medium bananaÂ
1 tsp (20g) peanut butterÂ
1 scoop (30g) protein (or yoghurt)
100ml milk
100ml water (add for texture preference)Â
5 ice cubesÂ
Optional:Â
1/4 cup (20g) porridge oats [for extra fullness]
Shot of espresso Grab your trusty blender and a lid for safe travel if transporting with you!Â
Preparation
Grab your trusty blender and a lid for safe travel if transporting with you!Â
Break banana into small pieces. Then add banana, oats, peanut butter, protein, milk and ice cubes to the blender.Â
Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until all chunks of banana and oats are smooth. Add extra water until you reach the desired thicknessÂ
Drink!Â
