Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana 

  • 1 tsp (20g) peanut butter 

  • 1 scoop (30g) protein (or yoghurt)

  • 100ml milk

  • 100ml water (add for texture preference) 

  • 5 ice cubes 


    Optional: 

  • 1/4 cup (20g) porridge oats [for extra fullness]

  • Shot of espresso Grab your trusty blender and a lid for safe travel if transporting with you! 

Preparation

Grab your trusty blender and a lid for safe travel if transporting with you! 


Break banana into small pieces. Then add banana, oats, peanut butter, protein, milk and ice cubes to the blender. 


Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until all chunks of banana and oats are smooth. Add extra water until you reach the desired thickness 


Drink!
